Amends Florida Statute 83.50 to require landlords to disclose in writing to tenants at or before the start of tenancy any suspected, known, or reported sinkhole or sinkhole activity affecting the residential premises.

Requires landlords to provide tenants with any reports regarding sinkhole or sinkhole activity affecting the premises, including reports prepared pursuant to sections 627.7072 and 627.7073.

Mandates disclosure of information described in section 627.7073(2)(c) regarding the premises to tenants.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
