Defines "charter school employee" as charter school owners, presidents, board chairpersons, superintendents, or governing board members employed by charter school systems operating in two or fewer districts

Requires charter school employees to file annual statements of financial interests no later than July 1 each year with the Commission on Ethics

Requires charter school employees to file initial disclosure statements within 30 days of employment and final statements within 60 days of leaving employment

Requires charter school employees to file quarterly reports of clients represented for a fee before agencies at their level of government

Effective date is July 1, 2018
