Authorizes malt beverage distributors to give branded glassware to vendors licensed for on-premises consumption if received at no charge from manufacturers or importers, with each piece bearing a permanent brand name.

Limits distributor gifts to vendors to a maximum of 10 cases of glassware per calendar year per licensed premises, where one case contains up to 24 pieces.

Defines "glassware" as a single-service glass container holding no more than 23 ounces and prohibits vendors from selling gifted glassware or returning it to distributors for cash, credit, or replacement.

Requires manufacturers, importers, distributors, and vendors to maintain records of glassware sales or gifts for three years, including recipient information, license numbers, dates, quantities, costs, and charges.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
