Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall develop a Coastal Conservation Association specialty license plate with "Florida" at the top and "Conserve Florida's Fisheries" at the bottom.

Annual use fee of $25 is established for the Coastal Conservation Association license plate.

Annual use fee proceeds are distributed to Coastal Conservation Association Florida, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, with up to 10 percent allowed for administrative costs and up to 10 percent for promotion and marketing.

Remaining proceeds must support Coastal Conservation Association Florida's mission including habitat enhancement and restoration, saltwater fisheries conservation, education, and public outreach on marine resource conservation.

Act takes effect October 1, 2018.
