Creates section 744.21031, Florida Statutes, to exempt identifying and location information of current or former public guardians and employees with fiduciary responsibility from public records disclosure, including home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and photographs.

Extends the exemption to spouses and children of covered individuals, protecting their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Defines "employee with fiduciary responsibility" as a public guardian employee who directs ward transactions, manages ward care under supervision, or makes health care decisions on behalf of a ward.

Requires current or former public guardians and employees with fiduciary responsibility to submit a written request to maintain exempt status of their information with the custodial agency.

Applies retroactively to information held before, on, or after July 1, 2018, and automatically repeals on October 2, 2023, unless the legislature reenacts the exemption; effective date is July 1, 2018.
