Organizations that recruit poll workers through supervisors of elections may not place signage, logos, or messages inside or within 100 feet of polling places or early voting sites.

Supervisors of elections are prohibited from paying entities or individuals on behalf of entities for services provided by poll workers.

Poll workers recruited through the public-private recruitment program may not wear shirts, hats, or other items bearing their organization's name or logo inside or within 100 feet of polling places or early voting sites during the early voting period and on election day.

The act takes effect July 1, 2018.
