Amends chapter 2005-338, Laws of Florida to revise the boundaries of the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District located in Manatee and Sarasota Counties by providing a detailed legal description of the expanded district area

Expands the district to include additional sections and parcels of land totaling approximately 23,255 acres across multiple townships and ranges in the two counties

Requires a referendum for approval, with section 1 taking effect only upon majority vote by landowners (not exempt from ad valorem taxes or non-ad valorem assessments) at a landowners' meeting held within 90 days of the act becoming law

Specifies voting procedures where each assessable acre or fraction thereof counts as one vote pursuant to chapter 2005-338, Laws of Florida

Sections 2 and 3 take effect immediately upon the act becoming law, while the boundary revisions in section 1 are contingent on landowner approval
