Amends s. 901.41, Florida Statutes to add a public records exemption for personal identifying information of adults who successfully complete a prearrest diversion program.

Exemption applies to information held by law enforcement agencies, program services providers, circuit court clerks, and entities operating the prearrest diversion program.

Exemption does not apply to personal identifying information of adults who fail to complete the prearrest diversion program.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and shall be repealed on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Effective date is contingent upon HB 1197 or similar legislation taking effect in the same legislative session.
