South Lake County Hospital District is prohibited from incurring additional obligations or indebtedness beyond ordinary business expenses effective upon enactment, and must adopt a dissolution plan by September 30, 2019.

District may levy taxes through September 30, 2019; taxes collected after that date from prior levies shall be transferred to the Lake County Board of County Commissioners.

Chapter 2001-290, Laws of Florida (the district's enabling law) is repealed effective October 1, 2019, and the district is dissolved on that same date.

Bond issuing authority responsibilities are transferred to the Lake County Board of County Commissioners effective October 1, 2019, without creating a debt or obligation for the county.

All remaining assets and liabilities transfer to the Lake County Board of County Commissioners on October 1, 2019, with assets first used to satisfy liabilities, then applied per the dissolution plan within the former district boundaries.
