Excludes Internet video services (defined as subscription-based wired or wireless Internet video programming services) from the definition of communications services in Florida tax law.

Prohibits public bodies from levying or collecting taxes, fees, charges, or other impositions on dealers or purchasers of Internet video services.

Updates the definition of "video service" to explicitly exclude Internet video services, while continuing to exclude direct-to-home satellite service.

Corrects cross-references in sections 202.26, 212.05, and 610.118 to reflect renumbered subsections due to the addition of the Internet video service definition.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
