• Department of Education must submit a detailed plan to the Governor and Legislature by July 1, 2019 to implement recommendations from the Florida Construction Workforce Task Force

• Plan must address recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 from the Task Force Legislative Recommendations report dated January 27, 2017

• The referenced report was previously delivered to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House pursuant to section 31 of chapter 2016-129, Laws of Florida

• Bill takes effect upon becoming a law
