Extends the 2018 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature from March 9, 2018, to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018, under Section 3(d), Article III of the State Constitution.

Limits consideration during the extended session to only four measures: House Bill 5001, House Bill 5003, House Bill 5005, and Committee Substitute for House Bill 7087, or any Senate and House Conference Committee Reports on these bills.

Indefinitely postpones and withdraws all other measures in both houses from consideration as of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Allows either house to reconvene upon the call of its presiding officer after recess or adjournment on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Requires the Legislature to adjourn sine die on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at 11:59 p.m., or upon concurrent motions to adjourn sine die, whichever occurs first.
