Resolves collective bargaining impasses for the 2018-2019 fiscal year between the State of Florida and seven specific certified bargaining units by maintaining status quo under current collective bargaining agreement language.

Addresses impasses for the Federation of Physicians and Dentists (SES State Employees Attorneys Guild, SES Supervisory Non-Professional Unit, and SES Physicians Unit) regarding reassignment, transfer, and classification/pay plan articles.

Addresses impasses for the Florida State Fire Service Association regarding hours of work and overtime, the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees regarding leaves of absence and disability leave, and the Police Benevolent Association regarding discipline and overtime.

Addresses impasse for the Florida Nurses Association Professional Healthcare Unit regarding hours of work and compensatory time.

Requires all other unaddressed mandatory collective bargaining issues for 2018-2019 to be resolved using personnel rules in effect on March 1, 2018, and by maintaining status quo under applicable current collective bargaining agreements; effective July 1, 2018.
