Repeals section 458.3312, Florida Statutes, which previously established requirements for board-certified medical specialists.

Amends section 458.331 to maintain disciplinary grounds for physicians who falsely advertise or hold themselves out as board-certified specialists, with reference to the repealed statute removed.

Removes requirement that physicians supervising dermatology or skin care services must be board certified or board eligible in dermatology or plastic surgery under section 458.3312.

Updates section 766.106 to renumber cross-references from subsection 458.331(1)(nn) to 458.331(1)(oo) regarding medical negligence presuit screening and expert medical opinions.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
