• Repeals section 843.085 prohibiting unauthorized wearing or displaying of badges or indicia of authority from federal, state, county, or municipal agencies, and prohibitions against owning marked vehicles or selling authorized badges of criminal justice agencies

• Repeals section 918.19 eliminating the requirement that prosecuting attorneys open closing arguments first in criminal prosecutions and eliminating reply procedures for defendants and prosecutors

• Repeals section 922.095 eliminating the requirement that death-sentenced persons pursue all possible collateral remedies in state court

• Repeals section 922.108 and 924.051 eliminating specifications on methods of execution and requirements for strict enforcement of appeal and collateral review procedures in criminal cases

• Amends sections 925.12, 948.01, 948.06, and 948.09 to delete requirements regarding DNA testing inquiries, uniform supervision forms, sanction duration limits, urinalysis testing requirements, and payment plan procedures for court-ordered costs
