Deletes the requirement that instruction of state inmates not be included in full-time equivalent student enrollment for Florida College System Program Fund funding under § 1011.84(1)(e), while maintaining reporting requirements by program, FTE expenditure, and revenue source

Takes effect July 1, 2018
