Authorizes Pasco County School Board to pay Marcus Button $1,246,215.29 to compensate him for severe injuries sustained in a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by negligent bus driver John E. Kinne.

Authorizes Pasco County School Board to pay Marcus Button's parents, Mark and Robin Button, $261,148.95 as compensation for injuries and damages sustained by their son.

Limits attorney fees to $301,472.85, lobbying fees to $75,368.21, and costs and expenses to $4,498.91 from the awarded amounts.

Establishes that the amounts paid under the statute ($163,000 already paid) plus this act provide sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the accident.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
