Amends section 68.083, Florida Statutes to remove the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2018 for the public records exemption covering complaints and information held by the Department of Legal Affairs during False Claims Act investigations.

Maintains the confidential and exempt status of False Claims Act investigation materials from public disclosure under Florida's public records laws and state constitution.

Eliminates the requirement for legislative reenactment to preserve the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect on October 1, 2018.
