Adopts the Florida Statutes 2018 as the official statute law of the state, prepared by the Office of Legislative Services with corrections and amendments to the 2017 statutes.

Florida Statutes 2018 becomes effective immediately upon publication and may be cited as "Florida Statutes 2018," "Florida Statutes," or "F.S. 2018."

Repeals all general and permanent statutes enacted during or before the June 7-9, 2017, special legislative session that are not included in Florida Statutes 2018.

Preserves the full effect of any laws enacted after the June 7-9, 2017, special session, which are not repealed by this adoption act.

Rights and civil remedies accrued under repealed statutes are not affected, and the act takes effect 60 days after adjournment sine die of the 2018 legislative session.
