Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2018 for the public meetings exemption in section 286.01141, Florida Statutes

Allows criminal justice commissions to continue holding certain portions of meetings closed to the public without legislative reauthorization

Eliminates the requirement for the exemption to be reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect October 1, 2018
