Establishes mandatory minimum 10-year prison sentences for multiple human trafficking offenses involving labor, commercial sexual activity, coercion, unauthorized aliens, and interstate transport of trafficking victims.

Expands the definition of "adult theater" to include businesses featuring specific sexual activities for patron observation with adult-only admission restrictions.

Prohibits assessment of filing and copy fees to human trafficking victims seeking criminal record expungement under section 943.0583.

Requires adult theaters to verify identity and age of employees and independent contractors before employment to help identify and prevent human trafficking of minors.

Prohibits employment of persons under age 18 in adult theaters and makes corresponding amendments to related statutes regarding records expunction and sealing; effective July 1, 2018.
