Removes the scheduled October 2, 2018 repeal date for public records and public meetings exemptions related to ethics complaints and investigations

Makes permanent the exemption from public records and meetings requirements for certain records held by the Florida Commission on Ethics

Applies to county and municipal Commissions on Ethics and Public Trust, as well as local governments with investigatory processes enforcing stricter ethics standards than state law requires

Amends section 112.324, Florida Statutes, governing procedures on complaints of violations and referrals
