Exempts United States Census Bureau address information from Florida public records requirements, including maps showing structure locations, address verification records, and records identifying address errors or omissions held pursuant to the Local Update of Census Addresses Program under 13 U.S.C. § 16.

Permits release of exempt information between agencies and governmental entities as necessary to perform duties under the Local Update of Census Addresses Program.

Grants agencies performing Local Update of Census Addresses Program duties access to other confidential or exempt information held by other agencies when necessary to perform program responsibilities.

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Effective upon becoming law.
