Amends s. 560.312, Florida Statutes, to extend the repeal date of the payment instrument transaction database exemption from October 2, 2018, to October 2, 2020, under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains confidentiality of payment instrument transaction information held by the Office of Financial Regulation that identifies licensees, payors, payees, or conductors.

Allows the Office of Financial Regulation to enter into information-sharing agreements with law enforcement agencies and other governmental agencies to detect and deter financial crimes and workers' compensation violations.

Authorizes the Office of Financial Regulation to release payment instrument transaction information in the aggregate without revealing identifying information about licensees, payors, payees, or conductors.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
