Creates a public records exemption for the addresses of victims in incidents of mass violence, defined as incidents where four or more people (excluding the perpetrator) are severely injured or killed by an intentional and indiscriminate act of violence

Designates victim addresses from mass violence incidents as criminal intelligence information and criminal investigative information under Florida Statutes section 119.011

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2023, unless the Legislature reenacts it

Establishes that protecting victim addresses is a public necessity to prevent harassment, media intrusions, and exploitation of vulnerable victims and their families during recovery
