Expresses the Florida House of Representatives' appreciation for the sister state relationship and bilateral economic and cultural ties between Florida and Taiwan.

Recognizes Taiwan as the United States' tenth largest trading partner and Florida's seventh largest export market in Asia.

Acknowledges Taiwan's participation in international organizations including INTERPOL, WHO, ICAO, UNFCCC, APEC, and WTO.

Documents existing sister city relations between Miami-Dade County and New Taipei City, Port of Miami and Port Kaohsiung, Orlando and Tainan City, and Kaohsiung City with Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Pensacola.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Miami and the Governor's office.
