Payment satisfies the remaining balance of a May 2015 settlement agreement acknowledging potential damages of $1.95 million; the Division of Risk Management previously paid $200,000 under statutory liability limits.

Chief Financial Officer directed to issue warrant for $1.75 million minus any outstanding Medicaid liens for Maudsley's medical expenses and care.

Combined payments from Risk Management and this appropriation constitute sole compensation for all present and future claims; attorney fees capped at 25 percent of the appropriated amount.
