Appropriates $240,000 from the General Revenue Fund to compensate the Justice-2-Jesus Charitable Trust for damages caused by negligence, nonfeasance, misfeasance, or malfeasance of Florida government.

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to issue a warrant for $240,000 to the trust from State Treasury funds.

Limits attorney fees relating to this claim to no more than 25 percent of the $240,000 award.

Establishes this payment as the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the trust's interactions with the three branches of state government from 2006 to 2016.

Recognizes the trust's work in civic engagement, education, government accountability, and acting as a watchdog over governmental misconduct.
