Authorizes Miami-Dade County to appropriate $1.45 million to Maria Tenner, personal representative of the Estate of Eric Scott Tenner, as compensation for damages from a fatal bus accident on October 8, 2014.

Combined with $300,000 paid under Florida's sovereign immunity law (s. 768.28), the total settlement is $1.75 million for economic damages calculated at $3,563,249.93.

Limits attorney fees for the claim to a maximum of 25 percent of the $1.45 million appropriation awarded under this act.

Declares that the total payment of $1.75 million constitutes the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident that resulted in Mr. Tenner's death.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
