Authorizes Volusia County to pay $1,895,000 to Erin Joynt for injuries sustained when a Beach Patrol employee negligently ran over her with a county truck on July 31, 2011.

Combined with the $85,000 already paid by the county under statutory liability limits, this payment totals $1,980,000 and constitutes full compensation for all present and future claims related to the incident.

Limits attorney fees on this claim to a maximum of 25 percent of the $1,895,000 appropriation.

Recognizes the 2014 jury verdict of $2.6 million in compensatory damages and the January 2016 final judgment of $2 million entered against Volusia County.
