Require internal risk managers at licensed facilities to report all allegations of sexual misconduct by licensed health care practitioners to the Department of Health within 30 days of each separate allegation.

Increase administrative penalty for single or isolated nonwillful violations of reporting requirements from $5,000 to $10,000.

Increase administrative penalty for repeated nonwillful violations from $10,000 to $15,000 per violation.

Increase administrative penalty for intentional and willful violations from $25,000 to $30,000 per violation, per day, with maximum fine remaining at $250,000.

Effective July 1, 2018.
