Authorizes individual State Legislature members to visit any district school, including charter schools, in their legislative district on any day and at any time without advance notice.

Requires visiting legislators to sign in and out at the school's main office and wear their State Legislature identification badge while on premises.

Prohibits school boards, superintendents, principals, or other personnel from requiring notice, limiting visit duration or scope, or directing visiting legislators to leave the premises.

Allows schools to offer, but not require, an escort to accompany visiting legislators during visits.

Prohibits administrative policies or practices that would restrict the visitation authority granted to State Legislature members.
