Repeals section 741.212, Florida Statutes, which prohibited recognition of same-sex marriages entered into in Florida, another state, or any other jurisdiction.

Removes the statutory definition of "marriage" that limited it to a legal union between one man and one woman.

Eliminates the prohibition on recognizing public acts, records, and judicial proceedings from other jurisdictions regarding same-sex marriages or relationships.

Directs the Division of Law Revision and Information to prepare a reviser's bill for the 2019 legislative session to replace gendered terms like "husband" and "wife" with gender-neutral terms such as "spouse" throughout Florida Statutes.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
