Creates a pilot program within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to eradicate priority invasive species including tegu lizards, red lionfish (Pterois volitans), and common lionfish (Pterois miles)

Authorizes the commission to enter into contracts with private entities or individuals to capture or destroy invasive animals on public lands and waters, with owner consent required for non-commission-managed properties

Requires documentation, photography, and geographic recording of all captured and disposed animals for research purposes

Directs the commission to submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2021

Takes effect July 1, 2018
