Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to issue a "Combat-wounded Veteran" license plate to qualified applicants who own or lease vehicles and reside in Florida.

Applicants must qualify for both a wheelchair-user veterans license plate under section 320.0842 and a Purple Heart license plate under section 320.089.

The license plate must display "Combat-wounded Veteran," a serial number, and the international symbol of accessibility.

Entitles the holder to all privileges afforded by the standard wheelchair-user veterans license plate.

Requires notation of the eligible applicant's name on the registration certificate when multiple registrants are listed.
