Department of Children and Families must collect data from screening and assessment instruments and enter it into its electronic case management system to evaluate instrument efficiency and predictive value.

Department must gather systematic feedback from users of screening instruments, including child protective investigators, case managers, and juvenile assessment centers, at least once annually.

Department must make improvements to screening instruments based on data and feedback review, unless the instruments have been validated.

Each department region and community-based care lead agency must establish a plan to recruit specialized service providers and increase service capacity for commercially sexually exploited children.

Effective date of July 1, 2018.
