Creates the Clinic Protection Act (Chapter 762, Florida Statutes) to protect reproductive health services clients, providers, and assistants from intimidation, interference, and property damage.

Prohibits injuring, intimidating, or interfering with reproductive health services clients, providers, or assistants through force, threat of force, or physical obstruction.

Establishes criminal penalties ranging from second-degree misdemeanor ($2,000 fine, up to 6 months jail) for nonviolent physical obstruction to first-degree misdemeanor ($25,000 fine, up to 1 year jail) for violent acts or property damage, with enhanced penalties for repeat offenses.

Authorizes civil actions by aggrieved parties for injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages, and attorney fees, with statutory damages of $1,000 for nonviolent violations and $5,000 for other violations; allows Attorney General, state attorneys, and city attorneys to bring civil actions for civil penalties.

Requires courts to take necessary actions including restraining orders to safeguard health, safety, and privacy of reproductive health services clients, providers, and assistants, including provisions restricting photography and allowing use of pseudonyms in civil actions.
