Creates the Florida Veterans' Care Coordination Program within the Department of Children and Families to provide behavioral health care referral and care coordination services to veterans and their families statewide.

Program teams, operated by Florida 211 Network participants, must provide 24/7 crisis intervention services, telephonic peer support, suicide-risk assessment, and treatment coordination, all staffed by veterans.

Establishes program goals to prevent veteran suicides, increase use of Department of Veterans Affairs programs and services, and expand access to community-based programs.

Requires participating organizations to collect and submit data on program implementation, with the department submitting a comprehensive report to the Governor and Legislature by December 15, 2019.

Appropriates $2,000,155 in recurring General Revenue Fund dollars for fiscal year 2018-2019 and mandates that at least 5 percent of annual appropriated funds be used for program promotion and advertising, with preference for public service announcements.
