Creates section 787.065, Florida Statutes, to allow court hearings conducted pursuant to section 787.063 to be closed to the public at the victim's request.

Requires personal identifying information of human trafficking victims to be redacted or sealed from court files and online dockets upon request.

Exempts redacted or sealed victim information from public records requirements under Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and the Florida Constitution Article I, section 24(a).

Designates the exemption as subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

States as public necessity that protecting victim identities and closing hearings allows trafficking victims to seek court relief while preserving privacy and preventing further trauma during recovery.
