Creates the Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention within the Department of Legal Affairs

Funds the trust fund through court-imposed penalties under section 787.063 and other sources including legislative appropriations

Authorizes use of funds for public education on human trafficking, prevention of minor recruitment in schools, establishing a survivors' resource center, advertising trafficking hotlines, coordinating law enforcement and service providers, and providing expunction information for trafficking victims

Terminates the trust fund on July 1, 2022, unless terminated earlier, with review required before scheduled termination per section 215.3206

Takes effect on the same date as related Senate Bill ___ or similar legislation, if adopted in the same legislative session
