Encourages citizens to support early diagnosis, appropriate education and intervention, and to understand the needs of individuals with autism and their caregivers

Acknowledges efforts of support organizations including the National Autism Registry and the Florida affiliate of the Autism Society of America in promoting awareness and advocacy
