Mandates minimum annual appropriations of $32 million through fiscal year 2023-2024 to the South Florida Water Management District for the Long-Term Plan

Requires minimum of lesser of 76.5 percent or $100 million annually through fiscal year 2025-2026 for Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan projects, with preference given to projects reducing harmful discharges from Lake Okeechobee

Prohibits Land Acquisition Trust Fund moneys from being used for administrative and technology costs at the Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and Department of State

Takes effect July 1, 2018
