Designates North Lake in Broward County as an anchoring limitation area, located on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway approximately one-quarter mile north of Hollywood Boulevard.

Designates South Lake in Broward County as an anchoring limitation area, located on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway approximately one-quarter mile south of Hollywood Boulevard.

Adds these two bodies of water to existing anchoring limitation areas in densely populated urban areas with narrow state waterways, residential docking facilities, and significant recreational boating traffic.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
