Requires the Division of State Fire Marshal to establish training courses on cancer and mental health risks within the fire service as part of firefighter and volunteer firefighter certification requirements.

Training must cover cancer and mental health awareness, prevention, mitigation, and treatment, including lifestyle, environmental, inherited, and occupational risks.

Training must be mandatory for obtaining a Firefighter Certificate of Compliance, Volunteer Firefighter Certificate of Completion, or Special Certificate of Compliance.

Expands the Division's rulemaking authority to include adoption of standards and training related to cancer and mental health risks in the fire service under workplace safety regulations.

Makes training available to already-certified firefighters and emphasizes cultural and behavioral changes within the fire service regarding cancer and mental health awareness.
