Supports Taiwan's participation in international organizations including INTERPOL, the International Civil Aviation Organization, the World Health Organization, and the World Trade Organization.

Affirms Florida's sister state relationship with Taiwan (Taiwan was Florida's seventh largest Asian export market in 2016) and multiple sister city relationships between Florida cities and Taiwanese cities.

Encourages continued bilateral dialogue under the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement and exploration of a potential bilateral investment agreement and free trade agreement between the United States and Taiwan.
