Specifies that information already exempt or confidential under Florida law retains its protected status when held by an elder abuse fatality review team.

Makes the identity of elder abuse victims in records created by review teams confidential and exempt from public records disclosure.

Exempts portions of elder abuse fatality review team meetings discussing exempt information or victim identity from open meetings requirements.

Establishes that exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and shall be repealed October 2, 2023 unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect on the same date as SB 422 or similar legislation, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
