Defines "bump-fire stock" as a gun conversion kit, tool, accessory, or device that alters or increases the rate of fire of a firearm to mimic automatic weapon fire.

Prohibits importing, transferring, distributing, transporting, selling, or giving bump-fire stocks in Florida, with violations punishable as a felony of the third degree.

Prohibits possession of bump-fire stocks in Florida, with violations punishable as a felony of the third degree.

Allows persons owning or possessing bump-fire stocks to relinquish them to a law enforcement agency or the Department of Law Enforcement, or alternatively to destroy and render the device inoperable.

Requires law enforcement agencies and the Department of Law Enforcement to destroy any relinquished or acquired bump-fire stocks within a reasonable time; exempts law enforcement from restrictions while in possession of confiscated devices.
