OPPAGA must conduct a study on presentencing information provided to judges in Florida and the manner in which it is delivered.

Study must examine alternative methods for providing presentencing information, including Missouri's searchable electronic database model and other states' systems.

Study findings must address advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of adopting features from other states' presentencing information models in Florida.

Department of Corrections and Office of the State Courts Administrator shall provide necessary information to OPPAGA upon request to complete the study.

OPPAGA must submit its report to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives on or before October 1, 2018.
