Requires written protocols between pharmacists and supervising physicians that include treatment instructions based on patient age and symptoms, specific patient categories, and a schedule for physician review of the pharmacist's actions.

Prohibits interference with a supervising physician's decision to enter into a protocol and requires pharmacist employees to obtain written approval from the pharmacy owner before performing these duties.
