Removes reference to "Internet" website in school district notification requirements about McKay Scholarships, keeping only telephone hotline reference.

Allows parents of hospitalized or homebound students to request an individual education plan meeting and reevaluation to obtain or revise a matrix of services, which must be completed within 30 days of the parent's request.

Defines "hospitalized or homebound" as having the same meaning as "hospital or homebound" in s. 1002.385(2)(d).

Permits school districts to change a student's matrix of services if the change results from an individual education plan reevaluation or is necessary to correct a technical, typographical, or calculation error.

Effective date: July 1, 2018.
